Turkish Classical Music(TMC) is not arabic music. Turkish Music occurs two type: Public songs(from central asian and anatolian Turks) and TMC.
TMC has got very complex structrure.(TMC) has got 550 ''makam'' (or ''dizge'') and nowadays we are using almost 30 of them.
TMC took some music system from persia and east countries but it includes original Turkic music systems...
Also; arabian ouds and Turkic ouds are very different each other. Turkish ouds are very soft, thin and light. In history; firstly, ''Kopuz'' appear in Turkish countries. After, oud appear middle east and nearby areas. Oud is rich version of Turkis ''kopuz''...
